4、效教学设计研究》课题组庄浪县第四中学2017年5月2日随着甘肃省全面实施高中新课程标准,如何通过有效教学设计,全面提高高中数学课堂教学的效率和质量,是当前一个亟待探索和实践的重要问题。党的十六届三中全会“决定”明确提出,“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进社会经济和人的全面发展”。科学发展观基本要求是全面、协调和可持续发展,其本质是“以人为本”,这就要求中学数学教学要坚持以学生为本的原则,通过努力提高教学的有效性来促进学生素质的全面和协调发展。同时,科学技术的不断创新、特别是计算机技术的普遍应用,也对中学数学的教学内容、教学手段和教学方法提出了
