1、变速箱机构座工艺及夹具设计摘 要伴随着一波又一波的购车热,中国汽车业十分火热,同时带动了作为主要汽配行业--变速箱产业的发展。改进工艺降低生产成本成为一种必然。基于此种原因,本文就传统的变速机构座进行分析,优化工艺规程设计,并对加工过程中的机床夹具进行了优化设计。工件加工的工艺规程设计和夹具设计是本次设计的重点。本文对变速机构座进行了介绍,利用AutoCAD软件绘制相关的零件图。对变速机构座客体进行工艺性分析,合理选择确定了工件主要加工表面的加工方法,制定了工艺路线。并认真的作了相关工序的科学计算。最后,根据相关工作结果,运用AutoCAD中的块属性功能绘制并填写机械加工工艺
2、过程卡和工序卡。本文作者还进行了机床的夹具设计。结合工件的加工工艺要求,对工件的装夹性能行了分析,经过分析论证,得出工件定位采用典型的“一面两销”定位方式。夹紧操作时采用铰链压板进行压和缩紧螺母配合的夹紧机构。基于加工时的工艺特性,夹具采用翻转式结构。其次,根据夹具的结构特性绘制零件图。由于本次设计的要求,对夹具进行了三维实体造型。Pro/Engineer(简称Pro/E)是当前世界上最先进和紧密集成的、面向机械制造行业的CAD/CAE/CAM高端软件。本次设计是基于软件Pro/E5.0版的实体建模模块,对夹具体进行三维实体造型。关键词:变速机构座;工艺过程;夹具;工序;三维
