4、rentlyatanaverageannualrateof2billionsquaremetersinthedevelopment,butatthesametime,constructionenergyconsumptionhasaccountedfor27.5%ofthesocialterminalenergyconsumption.Andfromthedevelopmentofenergy-savingnewmaterials,newtechnologies,bothfromtheproductcomposition,orfromtheoveralllevelofte
5、chnologyorquality,anddevelopedcountrieshaveabiggap.Whenthedomesticarediscussinghowtoimprovethebuildingenergyefficiencyratio,hasbeenconsideringhowtoreducecarbondioxideemissions,toreducethe"greenhouseeffect",whenthedomesticresearchisdiscussingsuchmaterialsatthesametime,foreigncountrieshaves
