6、,iftheprojectcompletionrateis60%lower,theprojectsubsidywillbesuspendedfromthemonth.Iftheprojectcompletionrateishigherthan60%,theprojectsubsidywillcontinueuntilthecompletionoftheproject.Thetechnicalstrategydevelopmentcommitteedeterminestheprojectawardaccordingtotheprojectevaluationvalue,c
