1、摘要本设计为鹤岗市山河屯林业局医院职工集资楼，该设计的工程总建筑面积：5908.56m，共6层。主体结构为砖混结构，现浇钢筋混凝土楼板、屋面板。对于该工程的施工组织设计与施工图预算设计，运用了学校给提供的目前应用较多广泛的建筑施工软件，和在图书馆借阅大量的有关施工组织设计及施工概预算的相关书籍，及在老师带领下，到工地现场收集到的资料。施工组织设计从整个建筑物或构筑物的施工全局出发，进行最优施工方案设计，确定科学合理的分部分项工程之间的搭接与配合关系，设计符合施工现场情况的施工平面布置图，从而达到工期短、质量好、成本低的目标。施工图预算主要完成了以下内容：
