5、的检测与分析动物医学专业南福龙指导教师韩先杰摘要:为调查我国商品化猪瘟和蓝耳病疫苗中牛病毒性腹泻病毒污染情况,本文采集179份蓝耳病疫苗和105份猪瘟活疫苗,用RT-PCR方法检测疫苗中的牛病毒性腹泻病毒,评估疫苗污染牛病毒性腹泻病毒的情况。结果表明,蓝耳病疫苗中检出6份阳性样品,总污染率为3.6%;猪瘟疫苗中检出3份阳性样品,总污染率2.9%,造成污染的病毒均为牛病毒性腹泻病毒1型。关键词:牛病毒性腹泻病毒;PCR;猪瘟;猪蓝耳病;疫苗IDetectionandAnalysisofBovine
