1、浅谈如何搞好煤炭企业安全生产工作郭勇煤炭企业是一个高危行业，水、火、瓦斯、煤尘、顶板“五大”自然灾害时常威胁着企业和职工的生命财产安全。温家宝总理曾经明确指出，安全生产责任重于泰山。搞好安全生产，是全面落实科学发展观的必然要求。科学发展，必须坚持以人为本，把人的生命放在第一位。经济发展必须建立在安全生产的基础上，绝不能以损害人民群众利益甚至牺牲职工生命为代价。因此，要搞好煤炭企业安全生产工作，促进煤炭企业的持续、稳定、健康发展，就必须在五个方面下功夫。一、加强安全思想宣传教育，在提高思想认识上下功夫煤矿安全生产能不能搞好，安全管理机制是否建立健全，技术管理、现场管理、隐患排查管理、建设项目
