2、质的综合评价、合理开发与利用；更加注重节水技术的开发与应用；更加关注水资源的天然循环与人为循环之间的协调；更加强调污水再生回用技术和污染水源的水质修复技术的应用与推广，实现水资源的有效保护。强调水资源合理开发与利用，加强水资源的管理和保护已成为当今人类维持社会进步、经济可持续发展所必须采取的重要手段和保护措施。作为当代大学生，我们必须对水资源的利用与保护有所了解。因此通过工程课程设计，掌握水资源形成、评价、供需平衡分析的基本概念、理论与方法；掌握取水工程基本概念、理论、工程技术和措施；了解与水资源
