3、的塑件,可以减少科研开发的投入。本设计都手机后盖注塑模具的设计有详细的过程和介绍,首先对华为C8812E手机后盖造型设计、确定分型面、浇注系统的设计、选择注塑机、再到Pro/E5.0中模架的选取、校核等等,这些过程都有非常细致的说明。在整个手机后盖注塑模具设计过程中主要运用了Peo/E5.0对手机外壳的造型设计和它的EMX模快对模架的选取。而运用Moldeflow软件主要是对浇注系统浇口位置优化、冷却回路优化、注射时压力分析等一系列辅助分析,通过这些分析可以在设计的时候就去不断完善设计,非常大程度上节省了设计周期,提高

7、hellEMXdiefastontheselectionofdieset.OngatingsystemusingMoldeflowsoftwaremainlygatelocationoptimization,coolingcircuitoptimization,injectionpressure,andaseriesofauxiliaryanalysis,throughtheseanalysiscanbedesigntoimprovedesign,averylargeextent,savethedesigncycle,
