2、奠定基础.方法采用乙二醇作为冷冻保护剂,以野生型P2小鼠为对照,用OPS法对P2及P1,HBBx两种HBV转基因小鼠3.5d的胚胎进行玻璃化冷冻,并比较不同基因型小鼠的超数排卵数,胚胎的复苏率及发育率.结果,",P2#HBsAs及P2小鼠平均超排数分别为27.89,15.56,9.14枚;复苏率分别为88.7%,81.1%,80.3%;发育率分别为82.6%,79.4%,56.6%.结果表明HBV转基因小鼠的超排数明显低于野生型小鼠的超排数,解冻后三种小鼠的胚胎复苏率之间无显着差别,而解冻后发育率,P2小鼠要明显低于其它两种小鼠.结论超排数,胚胎复苏率及解冻后发育率受小鼠的基因型影
