1、锤片式粉碎机设计锤片式粉碎机设计摘要粉碎在饲料的生产过程中是至关重要的一道工序,于原材料的充分利用以及动植物的充分吸收起到关键作用。此次设计的锤片式粉碎机则是当前粉碎机内最为常见的一类,它是一种利用高速旋转的锤片来击碎饲料的机器,它具有通用性广、效率高、粉碎质量好、操作维修方便、动力消耗低等优点。整个设计对粉碎机的各个零件都做了详细地叙述和计算,例如锤片的安装、主轴的计算以及筛片的选择和计算。力求使得所设计的粉碎机便于拆卸、操作简便、度产量高等。当然,它也不是非常完美的,但我想对以后更为先进的锤片式10粉碎机的设计以及推广、进一步理论研究起到了些许作用。关键字:粉碎、饲料、锤片式粉
