1、企业绩效考评动态指标体系构建研究南华大学硕士学位论文企业绩效考评动态指标体系的构建研究姓名：胡利军申请学位级别：硕士专业：企业管理指导教师：肖东生20070501摘要企业绩效考评可以促进企业经营绩效水平的提高，动态化绩效考评可以反映企业的动态信息，实时监控企业经营行为和效果，不断改进绩效水平。因此，如何建立反映企业动态信息的指标体系值得研究。本论文首先介绍了本研究的研究背景和意义，概述了企业绩效考评的含义及其构成要素，探讨了绩效动态考评指标在绩效考评系统中的地位及其重要意义。现代企业的绩效考评指标体系是有一个演进发展的过程。本文在分别对国内国外企业绩效考评指标体系的演变过

2、程进行了较为详尽的分析之后，对我国企业经营绩效考评的研究成果进行了梳理，从而探讨了我国现行企业绩效评价体系的不足。本文研究目的在于企业绩效考评动态指标体系的构建。通过把企业的增长状况抽象得出增长系数矩阵，与原考核评价矩阵组合为新的考核评价矩阵。同时结合运筹学中多属性问题的综合考核评价确定动态的权重，使总方差最大，从而得到增长系数矩阵和动态权重。最后运用该动态考核评价指标体系来考核评价企业的发展状况。为使动态指标考核评价体系在实际中能够方便的应用，作者设计了企业经营绩效动态考核评价软件，本论文中包括了该软件的系统设计说明和编码说明。对于动态考核评价与层次分析法的关系，作者也
