5、下列标准中有关热喷涂锌、铝及其合金涂层钢结构腐蚀防护的内容:——BS5493—1977《钢结构防腐蚀涂层的实施法规》;——BS4479—1969《被涂覆金属件设计的推荐意见》。本标准由全国金属与非金属覆盖层标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准起草单位:武汉材料保护研究所。本标准主要起草人:胡有权、辛肇清、李秉忠、张海成、董志红。II中华人民共和国机械行业标准JB/T8427-96钢结构腐蚀防护热喷涂锌、铝及其合金涂层选择与应用导则1范围本标准规定了常见的各种腐蚀环境条件下钢结构腐蚀防护的热喷涂涂层体系,适用于钢结构设计人员、用户及用户代表作为选择和应用钢结构腐蚀防护涂层的指南,不适用于本标准未

7、3.1.1确保要求腐蚀防护的全部表面均能按质量要求进行表面预处理和施加涂层,不允许有死角。3.1.2尽可能避免有利于潮气和尘埃沉积和滞留的形貌。3.1.3便于对构件进行检查、清理和维修。3.2设计建议3.2.1腐蚀防护表面的正前方至少应有300mm的操作区。3.2.2应避免出现狭窄的间隙。小截面的“E”或“T”形结构及深而窄的通道,尽量用平板或圆角平板来代替,见图1和图2。机械工业部1996-09-03批准1
