2、与社会经济的发展息息相关。我国的社区建设已从最初的社区服务，逐步扩展到社区卫生、社区文化、社区教育、社区环境和社区治安等全方位的社区事业建设。社区建设的实践，需要科学和高效的社区管理，因此，从一定意义上说，社区建设和发展的过程，实际上就是一个社区管理的过程。
本系统主要功能是实现居民信息输入，社区居委会工作记录，信息检索统计，数据上传下达，系统维护等，对程序要求要实用性强，软件运行简便，易学易用，查询条件可以任意组合。
