1、全套设计(图纸)加扣扣194535455摘要针对常规游梁式抽油机自身结构限制引起的减速箱及电机载荷波动大、电机效率低、结构庞大、安装运输非常不便等问题,可以设计一种星轮减速器抽油机,并采用单曲柄复合平衡方式。星轮减速器具有传动比大、承载能力高、输出扭矩大、效率高、体积小等特点,并可长期运行。本文首先讲述了星轮传动技术的基本知识,包括基本原理、传动特点、相关计算和应用,然后研究了星轮传动抽油机的设计计算:主要由总体方案确定、运动分析、载荷计算、扭矩计算、主要零部件强度校核等几部分组成;最后简要论证了星轮减速
