2、ftheaerobicexerciseatdifferentstages.MEI1BODS:Acomputer-basedonlinesearchofMedlineandCNKlwasundertakentoidentifythearticlesaboutaerobicexerciseandcomplementsystempublishedbetweenJanuary1980andFebmary2006withthekeywordsofaerobicexercise,complementinEnglishandChinese,respectively.Thesubjectsbotha
3、thletesandanimalswereincluded.andthereviewarticleswereexcluded.Relevantbookswerealsoscannedbyhandwork.REslⅡ,ITheimplementationofaerobicexercisebyinvestigatingthemainpathwayofactivation.namelyclassicalpathwayandaRemaUvepathway.andaerobicexercisecouldinfluencetheimmunefunctionatdifferentstages.Du
4、nngtheeadystageofaerobicexercise(week0to4),thecomplementcontentdeclines,sothenutritionandemotionshouldbeadjusted.Asexerciseproceed(week4to9),thecomplementcontentresumesitsnormallevel;withtheexerciseprolonged(afterweek9),theregulationofthecomplementsystemonexerciseadaptationincreasesandtherebyst
5、rerIgthenstheimmunefunction.CONCLUSION:Aerobicexercisecouldchangethecomplementactivityandinfluencetheimmunefunctionbyregulatingthepathwayofactivationofcomplement.Astheimmuneresponseofthecomplementsystemhastheircharacteristicsatdifferentstages,variousfactorsshouldbepaida~entionindesigningthespor
