1、xx工业大学毕业论文题目电泳沉积制备复合β"-Al2O3学生姓名学号专业金属材料与工程班级金属指导老师教授2013年6月摘要电泳沉积制备复合β"-Al2O3摘要电泳沉积是指在胶体溶液中对电极施加电压时,胶体粒子移向电极表面放电而形成沉积层的过程。β"-的钠离子电导率远高于β-,β"相的纯度越高,电性能越好,这使得它在能源领域中有重要应用。本研究将β"-固体电解质结构改为复合式,由致密层和多孔基体层组成,多孔基体允许钠离子自由通过,实际电阻取决于致密β"-层。本实验以β"-Al2O3粉料和掺杂1%TiO2的β"
2、-Al2O3粉料为主要原料,正戊醇为溶剂,三乙醇胺为分散剂,硬脂酸铝为多孔层的造孔剂,用电泳沉积法制备β"-Al2O3复合电解质。复合电解质由致密层与多孔层构成,通过本实验得知:在沉积电压为200V和沉积时间为300S、三乙醇胺的加入量为β"-Al2O3粉料质量的10%时,致密层结晶完善,粒径均匀,致密度高;在复合层中加入β"-Al2O3粉料质量1%的硬脂酸铝,进行共沉积,烧结过程中硬脂酸铝分解,可以使晶粒细化,并形成均匀的空隙。由于钠离子可以在多孔层空隙中穿过,由致密层与多孔层形成的复合电解质相对于单一的致
