1、xx工业大学毕业论文题目电泳沉积制备复合β"-Al2O3学生姓名学号专业金属材料与工程班级金属指导老师教授2013年6月摘要电泳沉积制备复合β"-Al2O3摘要电泳沉积是指在胶体溶液中对电极施加电压时,胶体粒子移向电极表面放电而形成沉积层的过程。β"-的钠离子电导率远高于β-,β"相的纯度越高,电性能越好,这使得它在能源领域中有重要应用。本研究将β"-固体电解质结构改为复合式,由致密层和多孔基体层组成,多孔基体允许钠离子自由通过,实际电阻取决于致密β"-层。本实验以β"-Al2O3粉料和掺杂1%TiO2的β"-Al2O3粉料为主要原料,正戊醇为溶剂,三乙醇胺为分散剂,
2、硬脂酸铝为多孔层的造孔剂,用电泳沉积法制备β"-Al2O3复合电解质。复合电解质由致密层与多孔层构成,通过本实验得知:在沉积电压为200V和沉积时间为300S、三乙醇胺的加入量为β"-Al2O3粉料质量的10%时,致密层结晶完善,粒径均匀,致密度高;在复合层中加入β"-Al2O3粉料质量1%的硬脂酸铝,进行共沉积,烧结过程中硬脂酸铝分解,可以使晶粒细化,并形成均匀的空隙。由于钠离子可以在多孔层空隙中穿过,由致密层与多孔层形成的复合电解质相对于单一的致密层有着较高的电导率,且β"-Al2O3复合电解质的电导率随着加热温度的升高而提高,材料的活化能为0.5eV。关键词:电
