2、eFrenchversion.国际博协章程的官方版本为法语版，其它语种译文均应以法语版本为源。涉及到官方正式表达和法律问题等须参考其法语版本。Introduction简介TheStatutesoftheInternationalCouncilofMuseums(hereinafterreferredtoas“ICOM”)isthebasicdocumentoftheOrganisation.TheinternalRulesofICOM,andtheCodeofEthicsdefineandcompletetheseStatutes国际博物馆协会（ICOM）

3、章程为该组织的基础文件。该文件由国际博物馆协会的内部规则及道德准则界定和完成。ThepracticesofICOMmustbebasedonhonesty,fairnessandmutualrespect,aswellasservicetotheinternationalmuseumcommunity.国际博物馆协会的行为必须立足于诚实、公平、相互尊重以及为国际博物馆界服务的原则。TheobjectivesofICOMare(i)topromotetheestablishment,developmentandprofessionalmanagementof
