1、中文摘要现代市场经济是建立在法制基础上的信用经济，征信是市场经济中不可或缺的重要一环，个人信用征信又是征信体系中的重要组成部分。然而目前在我国征信体系尚不完善的状况下，对个人信用信息的不当采集和使用所造成的对个人信息主体权益的侵犯又成为征信业发展过程中出现的新问题。因此，如何保护个人信用信息主体权益并寻求征信业与个人权益保护之间的最佳平衡点，如何平衡私人利益和社会公共利益之间的冲突，是建立个人信用征信体系的一个关键问题。本文从个人信用征信的相关定义和我国个人信用信息主体权益保护现状出发，参考了许多研究成果和资料，对我国目前的个人信用信息主体权益保护立法

2、现状进行研究，总结了目前所面临的问题，并对国外个人征信信息主体权益保护制度进行了比较与借鉴，认为我国须尽快建立健全个人信用征信法律体制，并通过加强政府监管，完善行业协会建设等来保障个人信用信息主体权益。关键词：征信；主体权益；个人信用信息AbstractThemodemmarketeconomyiscrediteconomybasedonthelegalsystem，andcreditisoneofthemostimportantandnecessarypartsofthemarketeconomy,thesameaspersonalcreditisa
