2、此，为了保证地下结构的正常施工及深基坑周边环境的安全，必须选用合理安全经济的基坑支护结构。“预应力钢管锚索”复合支护结构就是目前深基坑的开挖支护中一种非常有效的支护形式。该复合支护结构是将受拉杆件（钢管锚索）的一端固定在开挖基坑外的相对稳定的地层中，另一端与支护桩相结合的支护体系，由此将支护结构由被动受力转化为以主动受力为主，进而减少基坑周边的变形。所以“刚性桩+预应力钢管锚索+止水帷幕”复合支护结构同时解决了挡土和止水两方面的问题。本文从云南省宜良县第一人民医院改扩建项目基坑支护结构设计与施工技术层面出发，对该结构的工艺及质量进行了探讨。 1.工程概况 A
