1、摘要本系统主要介绍了以89C51单片机为核心的新交通控制控制系统的设计。这个系统采用手动控制,定时控制,实时控制。实时控制是交通控制中的一种较新颖且有效的方法,该方法应用最优控制理论中的控制思想,实时地控制当前绿灯时间,在保证交通安全的前提下最大限度地提高了交通效率。系统主要包括软件和硬件两个部分。硬件部分:CPU主控部分电路,交通灯信号的输出和驱动电路,车辆检测出入(包括违规车辆检测),时钟电路。CPU是整个交通灯信号控制机的核心部件,通过它来控制个电路以实现信号机的各种功能。交通信号输出电路是把主机的交通灯控制信号送驱动器
