5、聪明的作家说男人的一半是女人。其实，当今世界，唱主角的依旧是男人，女人犹如一座深藏的宝藏，远远没有被挖掘出来。不可否认，伴随全球化，知识经济，我国入世等诸多因素的影响，女性的人生舞台得到了极大拓展，其修养意识、交际意识、家庭意识、成功意识等迅速强化。她们渴望社会认可，发挥潜力；渴望魅力四射，展示自我；渴望独立进取，事业成功；渴望婚姻美满，人生幸福，但要真正成为这样的成功女性并不容易。本文通过对《飘》中两个典型女性人物的分析，提出女性可从中学习和借鉴的地方，主要是在事业方面可学习斯佳丽的创新意识与能力以及自信；在家庭生活方面可学习梅拉妮对丈
