4、rsimilarcharacteristicsareinherentinIPOcompaniesthathavenotcommittedfraud.WHYSTUDYIPOS?TheIPOstructureisuniqueforstudyingenvironmentsthatmaybepronetoincentivestomanageearnings.Companiesgoingpublichaveanacuteneedtomeetquarterlyearningsforecasts,andthismayincreasepressurestotakequestiona
