1、WaystoreducevehiclenoiseWiththerapiddevelopmentofautomobileindustry,thereiscomfortandvehiclevibrationandnoisecontrolofmoreandmorestringentrequirements.Accordingtorelevantdatashowsthat70percentofthecitynoisefromthetrafficnoise,andtrafficnoiseismainlycarnoise.Itisseriouslypollutingtheurbanenvi
2、ronment,affectingpeople'slife,workandhealth.Sonoisecontrolisnotonlyrelatedtocomfort,butalsorelatedtoenvironmentalprotection.However,allalsofromthevibrationnoise,vibrationcancausecertainpartsoftheearlyfatiguedamage,therebyreducingtheservicelifeofmotorvehicles;excessivenoisecandamagehearingthe
3、driverwillenabletherapiddriverfatigue,thusdrivingsecurityconstitutesagravethreat.Sonoisecontrol,isalsorelatedtomotorvehicledurabilityandsafety.Thusvibration,noiseandcomfortarethethreecloselyrelated,itisnecessarytoreducevibration,reducenoise,butalsoimproveridecomfort,andensuretheproducteconom
4、y,vehiclenoisecontrolinthestandardrange.Onetypeofnoisearisingfromcarnoisearethemainfactorsofairpower,mechanicaldrive,theelectromagneticthreeparts.Fromthestructurecanbedividedintotheengine(ie,combustionnoise),thechassisnoise(ie,powertrainnoise,allcomponentsconnectedwiththenoise),electricalequ
5、ipment,noise(coolingfannoise,carnoisegenerator),bodynoise(suchasbodystructure,shapeandattachmentinstallationunreasonablenoise).Oneoftheenginenoiseaccountedformorethanhalfofmotorvehiclenoise,includingnoiseandbodyintakenoise(suchasenginevibration,therotationalaxisValve,Jin,doorswitches,suchase
6、xhaustnoise).Thereforetheenginevibration,noisereductionhasbecomeakeyautomotivenoisecontrol.noiserequirementsofregulationsinEurope,fromOctober1996onwards,theexternalbus77dBAnoisemustbereducedto74dBA,noisewasreducedbyhalfenergy,theendofthecenturyfurtherreducedto71dBA.Japan'slawsandregulations,
