1、产科健康教育计划生理产科产前健康教育（一）●介绍病房环境，住院规章制度，介绍主管医生及主管护士，进行卫生宣教，帮助病人尽快适应环境，产后依赖与安全感。●说明消除恐惧、焦虑心理的方法，如听音乐、看书、谈心等，安定情绪，树立信心，保持乐观态度，有益于顺利分娩及康复。●说明保持病室清洁、安静，有利于充足睡眠和休息，养精蓄锐。●说明住院后不能随便外出，以确保母婴安全，及时观察病情、治疗和检查等。●说明饮食与疾病的关系，指导孕妇进食高营养、易消化的饮食，多吃蔬菜、水果，保证能量供应，预防便秘。●教会孕妇数胎动的方法并说明其意义。●方法早、中、晚饭后各测胎动1小时，正常胎动每小时3～4次。
