1、XK714直驱式主传动系统设计[摘要]高速加工和高精度加工是世界范围内制造技术的两种倾向.电主轴是机床用来实现高速,高精度加工的核心部件,在很大程度上,影响机床发展的总体水平.本文首先介绍了电主轴的发展及国内外数控机床高速发展,阐述了电主轴是现代高速加工中高速主轴单元的必然,理想的选择,应用电主轴能够提供的好处有可以提高生产率,更好的表面光洁度和降低生产成本,还可实现高精度薄壁零件和加工淬硬.高速主轴是一个发展的趋势.开发电主轴是机械加工行业的迫切要求,阐述了先进的电主轴关键技术,其中包括高速精密主轴轴承,动态热态特性。电主轴的研究与具体设计,包括设计主轴支承形式、主轴轴承的配置
