5、····························14简谈化工专业毕业论文(2)导读:,这样既保证EV-1201的真空状态不被破坏,也保证了冷凝水正常排出。EV-1201管束内碱液和二次汽在EV-1201下部蒸发室内分离,二次汽经除雾后供EV-1101做热源,碱液进入Ⅲ效蒸发器继续浓缩。Ⅱ效出料泵P-1201将Ⅱ效完成液抽出,以流量分别为5.22m3/h和12.70m3/h的42%NaOH液送到碱液预热器HE-1551和碱液预热器HE-1501。HE-1551为盘10ppm(((((((3/h送至碱液预热器HE-1521用128.1

6、℃的生蒸汽冷凝水预热至110.8℃,另一部分13.34m3/h送至碱液预热器HE-1511,用117.2℃50%NaOH溶液预热至110.8℃。110℃的36.5%NaOH液经测定流量后由Ⅱ效EV-1201顶部进入蒸发器管束,管束操作条5件是:压力0.04Mpa(A)、温度110.8℃,碱液从36.5%浓缩至42%。EV-1201热源是由Ⅲ效来的压力为0.074Mpa(G)、温度61.4℃的二次汽。二次气在EV-1201管间作热源加热管束碱液之后,冷凝液经Ⅱ效阻气排水罐T-1201后进入冷凝水储罐T-7101,Ⅱ效阻气排水罐T-1201的

7、气体出口管插入到EV-1201二次气出口管上,液体出口管插入到冷凝水储罐T-7101底部,这样既保证EV-1201的真空状态不被破坏,也保证了冷凝水正常排出。EV-1201管束内碱液和二次汽在EV-1201下部蒸发室内分离,二次汽经除雾后供EV-1101做热源,碱液进入Ⅲ效蒸发器继续浓缩。Ⅱ效出料泵P-1201将Ⅱ效完成液抽出,以流量分别为5.22m3/h和12.70m3/h的42%NaOH液送到碱液预热器HE-1551和碱液预热器HE-1501。HE-1551为盘管换热器,由171.4℃的生蒸汽冷凝水作为热载体将碱液预热到151.8℃。

8、HE-1501为板式换热器,由155℃的50%NaOH作为热载体,将流量为12.7m3/h,42%的碱液加热的147.4℃。而后147.4℃的烧碱溶液再经过碱液预热器HE-1541进行再次加热
