1、内蒙古工业大学本科毕业论文摘要当今世界经济的发展趋势是全球经济一体化，我们面对前所未有的机遇和挑战。凹版印刷企业实施ERP（EnterpriseResourcePlanning）是企业长足发展的重要举措之一。ERP在国外已取得了辉煌的成就，实践证明这是一种先进的管理模式，能给企业带来巨大的经济效益。现代企业要发展，要与世界接轨，就应该选择ERP。知识经济时代和信息社会的飞速发展，迫使我们必须加快信息化建设的步伐，而ERP正是适应这种要求的法宝。实施ERP既可强力提升企业的管理水平，又可以实现企业的信息化建设，可谓“一箭双雕”。在市场经济竞争异常激烈的今天，竞争不再是单一

2、企业之间的竞争，而是企业供应链之间的竞争，企业越来越感到现有的组织结构、业务流程、管理模式已无法适应新环境的需求。供应链管理、企业流程重组等现代管理思想、Intranet/Extranet/Internet及相关技术的迅速发展和广泛应用，使供应商、生产商、销售商、顾客之间的相互依赖日趋加强。本文对凹版印刷中ERP的应用进行了深入研究，其主要内容如下：首先，介绍了凹版印刷企业ERP的实施现状。然后，针对凹版印刷企业ERP的现状、存在的问题，做出相应的对策，并通过港发软包装有限公司实施ERP成功经验，说明上ERP的必要以及实施中应注意的问题。在研究过程中，文章采用了理论研究
