1、一、国际及台港澳长途直拨业务（一）资费标准国际直拨电话资费标准为每6秒0.80元，每次通话不足6秒的部分按6秒计。台港澳直拨电话资费标准为每6秒0.20元，每次通话不足6秒的部分按6秒计。（二）国际及台港澳拨打方式开通国际及台港澳长途功能后：用户可使用固定电话、移动电话在国内（不含台、港、澳地区）直接拨打：“00＋国家或台港澳地区代码＋城市代码＋对方号码”或“00＋国家或台港澳地区代码+对方手机号码”。二、196和193长途电话标准资费及分时段优惠（一）资费标准计费单位为6秒，每次通话不足6秒的部分按6秒计。国内长途电话资费标准：每6秒0.06元。台、港、澳长途电话资费标准：每6秒0.18元
