1、摘要企业作为一种经济实体，在经济生产链条中发挥着重要作用，但是随着改革开放的步伐向前迈进，企业破产、改制的程度逐渐加深，给不同的利益群体造成了直接利益冲突，这成为诱发群体性事件的直接原因。目前因企业破产、改制引发的群体性事件出现了参与人行为激烈，参与主体多元化，处置难度加大的情况。在我国构建社会主义和谐社会过程中，这类群体性事件成为影响社会稳定的重要因素，也越来越吸引各方面的关注。本文将就企业破产、改制引发的群体性事件的成因、特点进行阐述和分析，并提出解决对策。文章分为三部分，第一章主要介绍企业破产改制引发的群体性事件的
2、概况，对基本概念进行界定，在对基本概念有所认知的基础上，第二章进一步阐述这类群体性事件的成因、特点及其对社会稳定的影响，对这一事件进行更深层次的认知，第三章针对这类群体性事件的成因、特点按照预防、控制、善后处理的逻辑顺序提出解决对策。最终作出结论，企业破产、改制引发的群体性事件是在发展中产生的问题，也要在发展中得以解决，生产力水平的不断发展，是解决这一问题的根本途径。关键词：企业破产改制；群体性事件；成因；特点；对策20AbstractEnterprisesasaneconomicentity,playsanimport
