1、摘要企业作为一种经济实体,在经济生产链条中发挥着重要作用,但是随着改革开放的步伐向前迈进,企业破产、改制的程度逐渐加深,给不同的利益群体造成了直接利益冲突,这成为诱发群体性事件的直接原因。目前因企业破产、改制引发的群体性事件出现了参与人行为激烈,参与主体多元化,处置难度加大的情况。在我国构建社会主义和谐社会过程中,这类群体性事件成为影响社会稳定的重要因素,也越来越吸引各方面的关注。本文将就企业破产、改制引发的群体性事件的成因、特点进行阐述和分析,并提出解决对策。文章分为三部分,第一章主要介绍企业破产改制引发的群体性事件的
2、概况,对基本概念进行界定,在对基本概念有所认知的基础上,第二章进一步阐述这类群体性事件的成因、特点及其对社会稳定的影响,对这一事件进行更深层次的认知,第三章针对这类群体性事件的成因、特点按照预防、控制、善后处理的逻辑顺序提出解决对策。最终作出结论,企业破产、改制引发的群体性事件是在发展中产生的问题,也要在发展中得以解决,生产力水平的不断发展,是解决这一问题的根本途径。关键词:企业破产改制;群体性事件;成因;特点;对策20AbstractEnterprisesasaneconomicentity,playsanimport
