1、CONTRACTOFAUTHORIZATIONONPRODUCTSDISTRIBUTION 甲方（厂商）： PartyA  (Manufacturer): 乙方 （经销商）： PartyB(Distributor): 甲乙双方本着平等互利，协商一致的原则，就甲方授权乙方在指定区域经销甲方产品的有关事宜，达成如下协议：Onthebasisoftheprincipalofequalityandmutualbenefit,throughfriendlyconsultation,whereasPartyAagreestoentrustPartyBto
