4、ct—————————————————————————————————————————————————————Objective:Tostudytheprocessandresultsofendoscopicscreeningandearlydiagnosisandtreatmentforthecancerofupperdigestivetractinhigh-incidenceareasinHenan.Methods:12high-incidencecitiesandcountiesofuppergastrointestinalcarcinomainHenanprovincew
5、erein-cludedinthisstudy.Peopleaged40-69weresettothetargetpopulation.Exceptcontraindicationsforendoscopy,inaccordancewiththenationaltechnicalschemeofearlycancerdiagnosisandtreatment,endoscopicscreeningandhistologicdiagnosisforhumanesophagus,cardiaandgasterofthetargetpeoplewerecarriedout.Result
6、s:Duringthe5-yearperiod,morethan90,000caseshadatotalsievecheck,andinthe89,495caseswhichenteredtheanalysis,variousprecancerousinanatomypartsesophagus,cardiaandgasterwerefound:26,199subjects(29.27%)inesopha-gus,23,337subjects(26.08%)incardiaand3248subjects(5.20%)ingasterrespectively.Atotalof209
7、5caseswerefoundtohavecancers(2.34%),followedbyanatomypartsfor1.38%,and0.73%and0.33%respectively,amongthem1706caseshadearlystagewithanearlydiagnosisratewas81.72%.Morethan3000caseshavebeenfollowed-upscreeninginnearfuture,andwemadeabriefreporton
