1、对我国企业海外投资问题研究综述;随着我国企业“走出去”的步伐逐渐加大,对外投资金额逐年增高,“走出去”战略取得了显着成果。不过,中国企业境外投资仍有很多问题,尤其是在投资环境、地区结构、产业结构和投资主体等方面,与世界跨境投资的一般特点有明显背离,值得注意并深入研究。;一、当前中国企业海外投资状况变化;(一)投资规模。中国企业的海外投资大多数还是以中小型项目为主。根据中国国际贸易促进委员会2011年4月发表的《中国企业对外投资现状及意向调查报告(2008—2010)》显示,2010年度被调查的已对外投资的企业中,约有2/3的企
