2、。通过这样的系统，我们可以做到信息的规范管理和快速查询，实现了预定信息管理的系统化、规范化和自动化，这样不仅减少了管理工作量，还提高了管理效率，降低了管理成本。计算机具有运算速度快、正确、能按照设计逻辑处理问题等特性，在酒店个人入住信息的录入、管理中如采用一个计算机化的信息系统进行处理，就不会发生信息遗漏或者查询不方便的情形。作为计算机应用的一部分，使用计算机对酒店信息进行管理，具有手工管理所无法比拟的优点。例如：检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高的效率，也是酒店科学化、正规化管理的重要条件。因此，利用继承扩展性比较好
