1、15HUDUTILITYMODELINSTRUCTIONSI.IntroductionTheHUDUtilityScheduleModelhasbeendevelopedtoprovideaconsistentbasisfordeterminingutilityschedules,usingformHUD-52667,throughouttheU.S.ThisspreadsheetmodelisorganizedintoseveraltabsandwasdesignedtoworkwithMicrosoftExcel2000and2003alt

2、houghitmayalsoworkwithotherspreadsheetsincludingolderversionsofExcel.Eachfirsttimeusermustcompletetheentriesonthe“Location”tabandthe“Tariffs”tabofthespreadsheetmodel.Entriesareshownascellswithawhitebackgroundandaresurroundedbycellswithagreybackground.Theresultingformsareonta

3、bswith“52667”aspartoftheirname.Whenyouprintfromthe“52667”tabs,theentirepageisnotprinted,onlytheutilityschedule.Fourdifferent“52667”formsareincludedbutyoucanaddmoreorremoveanythatyoudon’twant.Nochangestothe“52667”tabsareneededexceptforselectingtheUnitType,thetypeofElectricTar

4、iff,kindofElectricHeating,andAgeofDwelling.Valuescannotbeentereddirectlyontheform.Theyarebasedonthecalculationsshowntotherightandbelowtheform.Thesummarytabshowsthetotalallowancesforalargenumberofcommoncases.Itcanbeusedtoseetheoverallimpactofaratechange.Almostallthecalculatio
