2、tectionmethod.TBThasbroughtenormousobstacletoourcountryandotherdevelopingnations’foreigntradeandhasbecamethetradebarrierthatisthemostcovertanddifficulttohandleintheinternationaltrade.Underthiscircumstance,investigatingthetechnicalbarrierstotradewhichwefaceandanalyzingtheimpactoftechnic
3、albarrierstoChina'sexporttradehavemuchtheoreticalandpracticalsignificanceincorrectlyunderstandingtechnicalbarrierstotrade，practicallymakinguseofthem,stridingacrossthemandrealizingthesustainabledevelopmentofforeigntrade.First,inthispaper,wetheoreticalelaboratetheconceptionoftechnicalbar
4、rierstotrade,andin-depthanalyzeitspresentsituationthatweface.Basedontheanalysisabove,wequalitativelyanalyzethepositiveandnegativeimpactoftechnicalbarrierstotrade.Secondly,combiningwithothertraditionalfactors,weadoptthepartialleast-squaresregressiontodoaquantitativecomparisonstudy,using
