1、联合培养博士生协议书AgreementofJointTrainingforDoctoralStudents（培养单位或学院用）(Usefortrainingunitorcollege)本协议书由以下两方签署完成。甲方为河北工业大学联合培养博士的派出方学院，乙方为联合培养博士接收方的培养单位或学院。ThisAgreementiscompletedbythesignaturesofbothparties.PartyAisthecollegeofjointtrainingforsendingdoctoral

2、studentsinHebeiUniversityofTechnology,andPartyBisthetrainingunitorcollegeofjointtrainingforreceivingdoctoralstudents.甲方：(单位名称），(单位地址）PartyA:(UnitName),(UnitAddress)乙方：(单位名称），(单位地址）PartyB:(UnitName),(UnitAddress)为加强高校之间的合作交流，增强学生的培养质量，甲乙双方共同开展联合培养博士研究生工作

3、，甲方每年向乙方派出1-3名联合培养博士生。Inordertostrengthencooperationandcommunicationbetweenuniversitiesandcolleges,andenhancetrainingqualityofstudents,thebothpartiesshallworktogethertoconductthejointtrainingprogramfordoctoralstudents,inwhichPartyAshallsend1to3doctorals

4、tudentsforthisjointtrainingprogramtoPartyB.1、甲乙双方共同制定联合培养博士研究生培养方案并对联合培养博士进行培养，联合培养博士要在规定的时间内完成相应的考核；1.Thebothpartiesshallmakethetrainingprogramofjointtrainingfordoctoralstudentsandconducttrainingforthedoctoralstudents,andthedoctoralstudentsshallcomplet

5、ethecorrespondingassessmentswithinthestipulatedtime;2、乙方需为联合培养博士提供学习研究必要的实验条件、设备、研究费用等；2.PartyBneedstoprovidethenecessaryexperimentalconditions,equipment,researchexpenditureandothersforstudyingandresearchingofthedoctoralstudentsinthejointtraining;3、联合培养

6、期间，联合培养博士应在乙方指导下开展各项学习及研究工作并定期向甲方汇报学业完成情况；3.Duringtheperiodofthejointtraining,thedoctoralstudentsshallcarryoutallkindsofstudiesandresearcheswiththeguidanceofPartyBandreportregularlythesituationofeducationtoPartyA;4、联合培养博士的学籍仍保留在甲方，仍享受甲方所提供的奖助学金；4.Thestu

7、dentstatusofthedoctoralstudentsinthisjointtrainingprogramshallbekeptbyPartyA,whostillhaverightstoenjoythescholarshipprovidedbyPartyA;5、甲方负责联合培养博士的论文答辩、学位授予、毕业派遣工作；5.PartyAshallberesponsibleforthesisdefense,degreegrantingandgraduationdispatchforthedoctor

8、alstudentsinthejointtraining;6、联合培养博士须遵守各项规章制度，认真学习和掌握相关安全操作规程。由于违反规章制度产生的一切后果与经济损失将由联合培养博士负责，如后果已触犯法律，则将依法处理；6.Thedoctoralstudentsmustobeyallrelatedrulesandregulations,studycarefullyandgrasptherelatedsafetyoperationprocedures.Th
