1、延迟在粮食供应链整合中的应用研究南京财经大学硕士学位论文延迟在粮食供应链整合中的应用研究姓名：葛海波申请学位级别：硕士专业：企业管理指导教师：吴志华2011-05?摘要在WTO后过渡期结束之后，我国的粮食行业面临着外资粮食企业带来的巨大冲击。为了保证国家粮食安全和粮食行业的健康发展，做大做强粮食供应链至关重要。粮食供应链整合是增强粮食供应链竞争力的有效途径，而粮食供应链整合，则必须在规模加工和消费者需求定制的协调上下功夫。本文从延迟应用的视角研究粮食供应链整合的必要性、可行性与基本要求，目标是解决粮食供应链面临

2、的规模经济与定制的协调问题。本文在梳理国内外学者关于供应链整合理论、延迟以及延迟与供应链整合互动文献的基础上，确立了本研究的理论依据，然后对延迟在粮食供应链整合中应用做了一般分析，主要分析粮食供应链整合必要性，延迟在粮食供应链整合中应用的必要性、可行性，确立延迟在粮食供应链整合中应用的基本流程，最后对延迟在常州大米供应链整合中的应用做了阐述与评价。笔者认为延迟能使粮食供应链整合在实现规模经济的同时较好地满足客户的个性需求。本文的主要研究结论是：（1）规模生产和消费定制给粮食供应链整合带来了巨大挑战；（2）粮食产
