7、或企业标准,并考虑了我国风电发展和电力系统的实际情况本指导性技术文件由中国电力企业联合会提出、归口并负责解释。本指导性技术文件起草单位:中国电力科学研究院本指导性技术文件主要起草人:王伟胜、赵海翔、戴慧珠。本指导性技术文件仅供参考,有关对本指导性技术文件的建议和意见向国务院标准化行政主管部门反映。GB/Z19963-2005风电场接入电力系统技术规定范围本指导性技术文件规定了风电场接人电力系统的技术要求。本指导性技术文件适用于通过电压等级“kV及以上输电线路与输电网连接的新建或扩建风电场。对于通过配电线路接入配电网的风电场,也可参照本指
