5、rovisionsandcoveragesrequestedwithinthesespecificationsmayrequireanadditionalpremium,anyadditionalcostassociatedwithacoverageenhancementmustbeidentified.Ifnosuchadditionalcostisidentified,theproposalmaybeacceptedonthepremisethatthecoverageisincludedinthecost.Decisionsconcerni

6、ngtheacceptanceofproposalswillbebasedoncoveragecontentandprojectedlong-rangecosts.Servicestobeprovidedandimmediatecostandcashflowadvantageswillalsobetakenintoconsideration.TheTownofBelmontreservestherighttoacceptorrejectanyorallproposals.Itisexpectedthattheremaybesomefurthern
