2、nge,thevariouscountriestransferthenon-tariffbarriermethodtoprotecttheirbenefit.Thetechnicalbarrierisoneofthenon-tariffbarriermethods,asaresultofitscharacteristicsascomplexityandconfidentiality,widelyisusedinrecentyearsbythevariouscountries.Ontheonehand,thismaycausethevariouscountries'usinglegitima
3、temethodtoprotecttheircountrymarketandtheconsumerbenefits,Ontheotherhand,willcreatetheinvisiblehindrancetotheinternationaltrade.Thetechnicalbarriersoftrade,throughquantitycontrolandthepricecontrolmechanism,throughenhancingimportproductstandardtolimitimportquantity.Afterwards,theexportationenterpri
4、sethroughusingnewequipments,newtechnologytoenhancetheproductperformance,thismayenhancetheproductioncostimperceptibly;reduceexportstate'scompetitiveabilitytorealizeimportlimit.Bythetechnicaltradebarrierlongandshort-termeconomicaleffectanalysisobtains,intheshort-term,thetechnicaltradebarrierimplemen
5、tationcanhavetheinhibitoryactiontobothcountriesproducttrade,causesthetradeconditionworsening;But,iftheexportationenterprisecantakethemeasurepositively,enhancetheproductperformancetosatisfythenewproductstandard,inlong-term,canmaketheexporttoincreaseandtradeconditionimprovement.Thisarticletakesthete
