4、nalapplicationform.Thepurposeofthepre-applicationconferenceistoobtainadescriptionoftheproposedsolidwastefacilityandprovidetheapplicantwithinformationregardingtheapplicablerequirementsfortheproposedoperation.Theconferencealsoprovidestheapplicantwithanopportunitytodiscusstheapplicationp

5、rocessandtoidentifyanypotentialissuesspecifictoitsproposal.Applicantsshouldprepareforthepre-applicationconferencebyreviewingtheapplicationformsanddraftinganswerspriortotheconferencewithMetro.Toschedulethepre-applicationconference,contactMetro’sSolidWasteComplianceandCleanupDivisionat(

6、503)797-1835.Aftercompletingthepre-applicationconference,applicantsseekinganewfranchisemustsubmittoMetroacompletedSolidWasteFacilityFranchiseApplicationformandprovidealladditionalinformationasrequired.Metrowillgenerallygrantordenyanewfranchiseapplicationwithin120daysafterthefilingofac
