4、erreferredtoasthe“Premises.”Fortitle,seedeedrecordedinBarnstableCountyRegistryofDeedsBook_________,Page_____.Purposes:ThisRestrictionisdefinedinandauthorizedbyArticle97oftheAmendmentstotheConstitutionoftheCommonwealthofMassachusetts,asamended,actsinamendmentthereoforinaddition
5、thereto;andSections31-33ofChapter184oftheGeneralLawsofMassachusetts.ThisRestrictionisintendedtoassurethat,whilepermittingtheactsandusesdescribedinSectionBherein,thePremiseswillberetainedinperpetuityinanatural,scenic,andopenconditionfortheprotectionofitsnaturalresources,plants,
