4、1995,IwaspromotedtoMunicipalServicesasaMunicipalAccountsAuditor,andwaspromotedtoAssistantDirectorofMunicipalServicesinJuneof2004.HavingcompletedaMasterofPublicAdministration(MPA)degreeatUNHManchesterin2004,Ihavedevelopedanincreasedinterestinthecomplexpoliticalaspectsofdecision-ma
5、king,particularlyatthelocallevel.Throughourdivision’sworkwiththevariousmunicipalities,wearecontinuallyexposedtothisaspectoflocalgovernment,inadditiontothemyriadoftechnicalquestionsthatwehandleonaday-to-daybasis.Oneelementofourdivision’sworkloadthatIparticularlyenjoyistheopportuni
6、tytohelplocalofficialssolveproblems,whethertheyareselectmen,financedirectors,budgetcommitteemembers,townorschooladministrators,trustees,ortaxcollectors.Thereisasenseofteamworkwithinthedivision,aswellasanextensivenetworkofcontactsthatisespeciallyrewarding.Weoftenpresentatworkshops
