5、ehiclerunningandmaintenanceandmobiletelephonecosts.3.2银通工作人员在工作中使用交通工具及移动电话，并支付所有相关费用开支。1.1YintongrecognisethatYintongwillberequiredtotravelintrastate,interstateandoverseasfromtimetotimeinordertofulfillitsobligationsunderthisagreementandshallreimbursereasonabletravel,accommoda

6、tionandlivingexpenses.3.3银通职员在履行协议职责时需要在州内、州际及国外出差，银通公司支付相关的旅途、住宿及生活费用。2.PaymentPlan4．付款计划2.1Onthe15thSeptember2011andthereafteronthe15thofeachmonthYintongwillinvoiceGuangdongYintongforworkperformedduringthepriormonth.Ithasbeenagreedthatinitiallytheestimatedworkrequirementwill

7、besixteenhoursperweekbutthismaybevariedbyagreement.InitialmonthlyinvoicebasedeachcalendarmonthwillbeTwelveThousandSevenHundredandFiftyDollarsplusGST($12,750.00plusGST)4.1在2011年9月15日以及以后的每月15日，银通公司向广东银通公司开具发票，请求支付上一个月的相关费用。根据协议，初期银通公司每周的工作时间为16个小时，此时间可以根据协议进行更改。初期每月发票金额为12750美元
