1、《基于随机活动工期的多模式现金流均衡项目调度优化》录用通知基于随机活动工期的多模式现金流均衡项目调度优化宁敏静1,2,何正文1,2,刘人境1(1.西安交通大学管理学院,陕西西安710049;2.过程控制与效率工程教育部重点实验室,陕西西安710049)摘要:现金流均衡对于不确定条件下多模式项目的顺利实施具有重要影响。作者研究基于随机活动工期的多模式项目调度问题,目标是在项目工期约束及鲁棒性约束下安排活动的开始时间,以实现承包商的现金流均衡。首先对该问题进行界定;随后构建问题的优化模型,并设计专门的模拟退火启发式算法对模型进
2、行求解;最后用一个实例对研究进行说明,并计算分析关键参数对现金流均衡目标的影响。结果表明:承包商最大累计资金缺口随着项目截止日期的延迟、鲁棒性约束的放松及支付比例和预付款比例的提高而减小,随着质量保证金比例的提高而增大;项目截止日期约束过紧时,有可能得不到可行的进度安排。本文研究可以为不确定条件下,项目进度的安排及现金流的控制提供决策支持。关键词:现金流均衡项目调度;优化模型;模拟退火;随机活动工期;多模式中图分类号:C935;F224文献标识码:AOptimizationofMulti-modeCashFlowBalan

6、atedthestudiedproblemusinganexampleandtheinfluencesofthekeyproblemparametersontheobjectiveofcashflowbalancewereanalyzed.Theconclusionsweredrawnasfollows:Themaximizationcumulativecapitalgapofacontractordecreaseswiththeprocrastinationofprojectdeadline,theexpansionof
7、robustconstraint,theincreasingofpaymentproportionandadvancingpaymentproportion,andincreaseswiththeincreasingofdepositrateofsecuritypayment.Therewouldbenofeasibleprojectscheduleiftheprojectdeadlineconstraintwassetstrictly.Theresearchinthispapercouldprovidedecisions
