1、上海证券交易所债券交易实施细则(2008年修订) 第一章 总则 第一条 为规范上海证券交易所（以下简称“本所”）债券市场交易行为，维护市场秩序，防范市场风险，保护投资者的合法权益，根据国家有关法律法规和《上海证券交易所交易规则》（以下简称“交易规则”），制定本细则。第二条 国债、公司债券、企业债券、分离交易的可转换公司债券中的公司债券（以下统称“债券”）在竞价交易系统的现货交易及质押式回购交易适用本细则，本细则未作规定的，适用交易规则及本所其他有关规定。债券在本所固定收益证券综合电子平台的交易，由本所另行规定。本所上市的可转换公司债券和其他债券品种，
