3、.11,2012;revised:Dec.27,2012;accepted:Jan.2,2013Abstract:Opensystempyrolysisexperimentswithmultipleheatingrates(10˚C/min,20˚C/min,30˚C/min,40˚C/min,50˚C/min)ofdifferenttypesoforganicmattersampleshavebeenaccomplished.Thekineticmodelparameterscanbecalibratedbyusi
4、ngtheexperimentaldataofdifferentheatingrates(10˚C/min-20˚C/min-30˚C/min,20˚C/min-30˚C/min-40˚C/min,30˚C/min-40˚C/min-50˚C/min).Resultsshowthatthehydrocarbonprocessesofdifferenttypesoforganicmattercanallbedescribedbytheparallelfirst-orderratemodel.Therein,theact
5、ivationenergydistributionrangeoftypeIorganicmatterisrelativelynarrow,distributedmainlyinthemajorpartoftheactivationenergy.TheactivationenergydistributionrangeoftypeIIIorganicmatterisrelativelywide.Thepre-exponentialfactorobtainedbytheex-perimentaldata,aswellast
6、heaverageactivationenergy,graduallydecreasedfromslowheatingratecombinationstofastheatingratecombinations.Extrapolatedbygeologicalheatingrateof3.3˚C/Mashowsthatwiththeheatingrateincreasing,thegeologicalTmaxcalculatedbythekineticmodelgraduallydecreasesfrom30˚C-40
7、˚C.Therefore,pro-posingamethodusingthesourcerockhydrocarbondataormaturitydataofthestudyareatotestthereliabilityofdif-ferentkineticparameterscouldcontributetoselecttheappropriatekineticparameters.Itcanalsobeusedforfurthersensitivityanalysisofthekineticparameters
