1、中国环境科学2008,28(5):417~421ChinaEnvironmentalScience三种预处理方法对污泥的破解效果*谢波,郭亮,李小明,杨麒,杨永林(湖南大学环境学院,湖南长沙410008)摘要:运用热水解、超声波和微波等3种方法预处理污水剩余污泥,通过测定污泥pH值、可溶性蛋白质、总糖和可溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)等指标考察其对污泥破解效果的影响.结果表明,在各种预处理中,污泥pH值变化不显著.污泥破解效果随处理强度的增加而增强.超声波ED=2W/L,t=10min条件时,污泥的破解效果最好,可溶解性蛋白质、总糖和SCOD浓度分别为1013.6,512.6,4184mg/
2、L;SCOD/TCOD值较原始污泥升高了41.73%.从实际应用和运行成本考虑,长时间而低强度的处理都能够达到较为理想的破解效果,即热处理(t=75min,T=45℃),超声波处理(t=10min,ED=0.5W/L),微波处理(t=300s,p=70W).在能耗相同的条件下,破解效果为超声波>微波>热水解.关键词:预处理;污泥破解;热处理;微波;超声波中图分类号:X705文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-6923(2008)05-0417-05*Threekindspretreatmenttechniqueonsludgedisintegrationeffect.XIEBo,GUOLia

7、~7.40,总化学需氧量的有机物大部分是微生物细胞质,为细胞壁所包(TCOD)8284~12182mg/L,可溶解性化学需氧裹,限制污泥的消化.采用适当的预处理,破坏细量(SCOD)42~336mg/L,TS12.61~14.65g/L,VS胞壁可使有机质融出.目前,污泥预处理技术主要7.20~9.19g/L,蛋白质浓度0~60mg/L,总糖浓度有机械破碎、超声波破碎、热水解、酶处理及酸0~13.87mg/L.[1-2]
